About the Role
The Parts Information Graphics Team Leader is a subject matter expert on parts manual graphics, responsible for improving graphics quality and advising on standards and processes. This role involves auditing parts information graphics production to support new product introduction, continuous process improvement, and revision project timelines, as well as managing projects to ensure timely and accurate completion of parts information graphics.
Key Responsibilities
- Train and mentor new staff on creating, validating, and revising technical parts information graphics.
- Develop and maintain parts information graphics creation standards.
- Review day-to-day work of parts information graphics staff for accuracy.
- Provide coaching to improve performance related to graphics standards and expectations.
- Participate in and lead process improvement efforts.
- Audit parts information graphics production in support of new product introduction, continuous process improvement, and revision project timelines.
- Manage projects to ensure parts information graphics are completed on-time and accurately.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Customer Focus principles and practices.
- Knowledge of Data Gathering & Analysis tools, techniques, and processes.
- Knowledge of Service Excellence concepts and techniques.
- Knowledge of Consulting techniques, roles, and responsibilities.
- Understanding of Effective Communications concepts, tools, and techniques.
- Knowledge of Problem Solving approaches, tools, and techniques.
- Knowledge of Relationship Management techniques.
- Knowledge of Technical Excellence related to a given technology and application methods.
