About the Role
This is a full-time remote Co-Founder role with an investment component, focused on building and scaling ClearKaya™ as a luxury, nature-driven hair care brand. The Co-Founder will work closely with existing founders to shape the company’s vision, strategy, and roadmap, including product positioning, brand identity, and go-to-market plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market and customer research.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing initiatives.
- Build strategic partnerships.
- Oversee performance metrics.
- Participate in fundraising discussions.
- Manage budgets.
- Contribute capital, as agreed, to support growth.
- Establish operational processes.
- Hire and mentor team members.
- Ensure alignment with ClearKaya™’s values and long-term goals.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Analytical Skills and Research abilities.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Solid Sales skills.
- Marketing expertise in brand strategies, campaigns, and digital presence in the beauty and wellness space.
- Experience in entrepreneurship, startups, or early-stage ventures, ideally in beauty, wellness, or consumer products.
- Comfort with making an investment and sharing accountability for financial and strategic decisions.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to take initiative and make data-informed decisions.
- Background in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
