About the Role

KPMG India's Infrastructure and Climate Advisory (ICA) team is seeking professionals to assist public and private sector organizations involved in infrastructure. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team across a range of industries, providing commercial and strategic advice on complex infrastructure and capital projects. The role is based in KPMG’s Gurugram office.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior members in engagements throughout the life cycle of infrastructure projects (strategy, development, and performance) for clients in the government & public sector, corporates, institutional investors, and infrastructure developers.
• Conceptualize & develop reports on topics such as organizational policies, market assessment, market sizing, business plans, feasibility studies, business case evaluations, and capital investment plans.
• Contribute to thought leadership, white papers, and points of view to develop market intelligence and sector knowledge.
• Support Global Infrastructure advisory teams on business development initiatives, including preparation of proposals and pitches.
• Conduct research, synthesize insights, and develop presentations for end-client deliverables.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders independently across various member firms.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Exposure to and working experience in any infrastructure sector (Transport, Oil & Gas, Broadband, Real Estate, or Utilities etc.) is mandatory.
• Understanding of the infrastructure asset lifecycle and how it impacts strategy and operations within various sectors.
• Experience in strategic planning and operational frameworks to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to optimize project outcomes.
• Strong analytical capabilities including data analysis, risk assessments, and market studies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and in making presentations for senior-level stakeholders with effective storyboarding skills.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools like Alteryx, visualization tools like Power BI, Visio.
• Experience of application of Gen AI based tools would be an advantage.

Qualifications

• Post-graduates/MBAs from a leading Indian/International educational institution.
• Candidates holding professional certification relevant to the requirements are preferred, but not mandatory.
