Data Analyst

About the Role

TeamBuilderz LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Data Analyst to join its growing team. This role is suited to candidates who are interested in data analysis and using data to support business decisions. You will work with cross-functional teams to collect and analyze data, identify trends, prepare reports, and develop visualizations that help stakeholders understand business performance. Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to support business needs.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and potential insights.
• Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate findings.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and analytical needs.
• Analyze business data and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams on data-related projects.
• Document analytical processes and maintain accurate data records and pipelines.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic knowledge of Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
• Understanding of fundamental data analysis concepts.
• Familiarity with databases and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Pandas, or NumPy.
• Exposure to SQL databases and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of data visualization techniques.
• Internship or project experience in data analytics.
