Key Responsibilities
- Prepare financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights to management.
- Develop MIS reports, dashboards, and financial presentations for leadership.
- Monitor key financial metrics, business performance, and cost efficiency.
- Support strategic decision-making through financial modelling and analysis.
- Work directly with leadership on financial planning and business performance.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- MBA in Finance from a recognised institution.
- Strong understanding of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Excellent Excel, financial modelling, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
