About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site Content Writer role based in Gurugram.
Key Responsibilities
- Create clear, engaging, and accurate content for the company’s website, marketing materials, property listings, and client communication.
- Research real estate topics.
- Write and edit articles, blogs, and promotional copy.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand voice and strategic messaging.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop content that supports campaigns, enhances client education, and strengthens the firm’s online presence.
- Review existing content for consistency.
- Proofread materials for quality.
- Contribute ideas to improve content effectiveness and client engagement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
