Role Description

This is a part-time Freelance role supporting Abu Dhabi Equine and Camel Hospital (ADECH). The work will be performed in a hybrid arrangement based in Noida, with some tasks performed from home. The freelancer will collaborate with ADECH’s team and partners to deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• Preparing and reviewing project-related documents.
• Supporting communication and reporting needs.
• Responding to requests.
• Maintaining accurate records of work completed.
• Ensuring all deliverables align with ADECH’s mission and professional expectations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to work independently.
• Ability to manage part-time freelance assignments.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a hybrid (Noida + remote) setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Capacity to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and reliable documentation practices.
• Comfort with digital tools and online collaboration platforms.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and workflows.
• Relevant educational background or training in a professional discipline suited to freelance project work (e.g., communications, administration, project support, or similar fields).

Prior experience in healthcare, veterinary services, animal care, or related sectors is an advantage but not required.
