About the Role
NTT DATA is seeking a Z4_Scrum Master to join their team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile Events: Manage team ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and PI planning sessions.
- Remove Impediments: Clear obstacles and manage cross-team dependencies across the Agile Release Train (ART).
- Coach the Team: Mentor team members on Lean-Agile principles, self-management, and built-in quality.
- Coordinate Across Trains: Represent the team at Scrum of Scrums and collaborate with other Scrum Masters to improve value delivery.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience as a Scrum Master in a scaled agile environment.
- Knowledge of SAFe principles, Kanban, and Scrum.
Qualifications
- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification preferred.
