About the Role

As a Generative AI Engineer (Fresher), you will contribute to the design, development, and experimentation of AI-driven solutions that support financial, legal, and software service offerings. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Pune City, working both on-site and remotely. You will collaborate with senior engineers and domain experts to prototype, test, and refine generative AI models and tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Data preparation
• Model training and evaluation
• Prompt and workflow design
• Integration of AI features into internal applications
• Documentation of experiments and results
• Support ongoing research on emerging AI techniques
• Participate in code reviews
• Assist in building responsible, secure, and scalable AI solutions

Qualifications

• Foundational skills in programming and software development (e.g., Python, basic data structures, version control such as Git).
• Understanding of machine learning and deep learning fundamentals (e.g., supervised/unsupervised learning, neural networks, model evaluation metrics).
• Exposure to generative AI concepts and tools (e.g., LLMs, transformers, basic prompt engineering, familiarity with frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow is a plus).
• Ability to work with data (e.g., data cleaning, preprocessing, simple exploratory analysis using libraries like NumPy, pandas, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on reliability and security in AI solutions.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document workflows, results, and technical findings clearly.
• Capability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, adapt to a hybrid work environment, and learn quickly in a fast-evolving technology landscape.
• Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or a related field; internships or academic projects in AI/ML are highly beneficial.
