Job Overview
As an HR Virtual Intern at GAO Group, you will support recruitment, onboarding, and talent management using AI-driven tools. You will work in a global team, assisting in hiring for diverse markets. This role offers hands-on experience in modern, tech-enabled HR practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and source candidates through job boards, social media, and headhunting.
- Post job openings on various recruitment platforms and university portals.
- Screen resumes and applications.
- Schedule and conduct interviews for various positions.
- Manage communication through emails and LinkedIn with applicants and follow up with candidates.
- Engage in AI-driven HR tasks, including basic data processing, system updates, and supporting AI-based recruitment.
Qualifications
- Studying for or shall have a University degree in HR, Journalism, Business, Arts, or any program providing strong English language training, or candidates with good English language skills.
- Keen to learn, willing to work hard, maintain productivity, and committed to the job.
- Chosen HR as a desired career and strongly interested in an HR-related internship opportunity.
