Process Engineering Intern

About the Role

RoboNex 88 Technologies is seeking a Process Engineering Intern for their Summer 2027 internship program within the Engineering Research & Development department. This 11-week program offers hands-on experience with meaningful projects in a culture of mentorship, training, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Review engineering changes to HVAC product designs, applying mechanical engineering principles.
• Develop and manage project schedules for existing product launches or design modifications.
• Process product design requests by reviewing bills of materials, drawings, and engineering change requests.
• Develop engineering solutions to product-related issues using problem-solving and root cause analysis techniques.
• Provide production engineering support in a high-volume manufacturing environment, identifying root causes of issues and implementing solutions.
• Participate on cross-functional teams to launch products, resolve issues, and support product improvements.
• Assist production with product launches and issue resolution, including issuing pilot run reports.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Must be legally authorized for employment in the United States and will not require employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future.
• Must not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Graduation Dates: December 2027 - May 2029.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
