Management Trainee

About the Role

Aegon Consulting is expanding its Houston team and seeking a Junior Campaign & Project Coordinator / Management Trainee. This is an entry-level position offering hands-on experience in business, client relations, project coordination, sales, and leadership. Training will be provided. You will collaborate with the team, learn project and campaign management, and assume increasing responsibility as you develop.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day sales campaigns, projects, and team priorities.
• Collaborate with different teams to ensure campaigns, sales, and projects progress.
• Assist with client communication and relationship management.
• Participate in team meetings, planning sessions, and presentations.
• Track project activity and provide updates to leadership.
• Support customer and sales initiatives related to client campaigns.
• Learn to train, coach, and support new team members.
• Develop skills in communication, leadership, organization, and business operations.
