Key Responsibilities
- Setup Customer Care by working with the IT department to integrate all Customer Request channels (online, phone, WhatsApp, Social Media, etc.)
- Manage daily Customer Care & Sales Enquiry requests by working with Logistics & Sales Teams
- Achieve high ratings of Customer Service
- Manage Customer Care and Store upkeep at our Mundhwa Store
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience in setting up and managing Customer Care Service.
- Proficiency in managing customer requests and order enquiries across multiple channels.
- Ability to work collaboratively with IT, Logistics, and Sales teams.
