Key Responsibilities

• Oracle HCM Cloud experience in compensation and benefits.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud through a full lifecycle project.
• Business functional expertise in total rewards.
• Knowledge of total rewards annual cycles and customary business processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and act as a project manager when needed.
• Strong collaboration across a matrixed organization.
• Ability to work under minimum supervision.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Oracle HCM Cloud
• MS Office tools (including MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)

Qualifications

• Design thinking capability.
• Excellent executive communication skills (verbal/written) including preparation and delivery.
• Proficiency at grasping and leveraging new technical concepts quickly.
