• Graduate or diploma holder in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, dining etiquette, and food safety standards.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Calm, efficient, and detail-oriented in fast-paced environments.
• Team player with a natural hospitality mindset.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.

Preferred Experience & Skills

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of Bangalore cuisine is a plus.
• Prior FOH or guest-facing experience preferred.
