Job Role

Telecaller – College & University Admissions

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective students and parents to explain college and university admission opportunities.
• Provide information about courses, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, and fee structures.
• Follow up with interested candidates and convert enquiries into admissions.
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls and maintain student enquiry records.
• Coordinate with the admissions and counselling team to ensure smooth admission processing.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to achieve calling, follow-up, and admission conversion targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• A professional approach to student counselling.
