Role Overview

Work directly with the founders to drive growth, execution, and operations. Own high-impact projects across sales, marketing, partnerships, and internal systems. This role is for someone who thinks like an owner and executes fast.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with founders on strategic projects and daily business execution.
• Track key business metrics: leads, conversions, revenue, and cost centers.
• Work with product and engineering to scope features, write specs, define success metrics, and prioritize based on user and revenue impact.
• Own dashboards, reports, and weekly performance reviews.
• Identify bottlenecks and run improvement experiments.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High ownership mindset. Can work with little supervision.
• Clear communication and structured thinking.
• Comfortable with data, CRM tools, and dashboards.
• Fast learner. Bias for action.

Working hours: 09:00 am - 06:00 pm

Working days: Mon - Sat (3rd Saturdays off)

Location: Onsite (in Delhi)
