Role Overview

As a Marketing & Client Relations Intern, you will work closely with the AetherNova team to strengthen our brand presence, build client relationships, generate business opportunities, and support the company's growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, marketing, networking, and helping businesses discover the right digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Management: Communicate with existing and potential clients, understand their business requirements, coordinate discussions, and maintain professional relationships.
• Lead Generation: Research potential clients, identify business opportunities, and reach out to startups, creators, and businesses that may need AetherNova's services.
• Marketing & Advertising: Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, advertisements, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Social Media Growth: Help manage AetherNova's LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital platforms by creating engaging content and improving online visibility.
• Business Development: Support client outreach, follow-ups, sales conversations, and the conversion of potential leads into projects.
• Market Research: Analyze competitors, industry trends, customer needs, and potential target markets to identify growth opportunities.
• Campaign Performance: Track leads, engagement, campaign results, and outreach performance, and suggest improvements based on the data.
• Brand Building: Contribute creative ideas for promoting AetherNova's AI, web development, SaaS, and automation services.
• Team Collaboration: Work with the technical team to understand our services and communicate their value clearly to potential clients.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in digital marketing, advertising, sales, and client relationship management.
• Confidence in communicating with clients and conducting professional outreach.
• Basic understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, social media marketing, or digital advertising.
• Willingness to learn lead generation, client acquisition, and business development.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, MS Office, Canva, or CRM tools is an advantage.

Internship Details

• Duration: 12 weeks
• Work Mode: Fully remote
• Stipend: ₹5,000–₹10,000 per month
• Commitment: Consistent participation, timely communication, and completion of assigned responsibilities.
