About the Role
Butter Biscuit Events & Entertainment is seeking an enthusiastic, confident, and ambitious Founder's Office Intern to work directly with the Co-Founder. This internship offers hands-on exposure to creative agency operations, client relationship building, business development, and idea execution.
What You'll Do
- Assist the Co-Founder with daily business priorities and coordination.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and business discussions.
- Support client communication, meeting notes, and follow-ups.
- Research potential clients, brands, and business opportunities.
- Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal creative, marketing, and production teams.
- Help maintain project trackers, client databases, and business development pipelines.
- Contribute ideas to improve business operations, client experiences, and agency growth.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or final-year students from any academic background.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, presentable, and professional in client interactions.
- Organised, proactive, and willing to take ownership.
- Curious about branding, marketing, hospitality, events, and business development.
- Comfortable using PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and basic productivity tools.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
