About the Role

• Full-time, on-site Software Engineer role based in Delhi, India.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain backend systems and services that power LinkedIn-focused growth and lead-generation products.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement scalable APIs.
• Optimize database interactions.
• Write clean and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Review code.
• Improve system performance and reliability.
• Contribute to architectural discussions.
• Ensure adherence to secure development practices.
• Participate in agile ceremonies.
• Document technical designs.
• Support deployment and monitoring of production services.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Back-End Web Development and Software Development experience.
• Building and maintaining production-grade services.
• Proficiency in programming with at least one modern language (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and relational or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with version control (Git).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with basic cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to communicate clearly.
• Ability to take ownership of deliverables.
