About the Role

Bottomless Promotion is seeking an enthusiastic Event Assistant to join their dynamic face-to-face sales and marketing team in Atlanta. This role focuses on delivering unforgettable brand experiences through direct customer engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Promotional Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing promotional events to enhance brand awareness via in-person sales and marketing.
• In-Store & Event Kiosks: Set up and manage event kiosks, engaging directly with customers to promote products and services.
• Sales Engagement: Actively promote offerings to potential customers, focusing on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Client Interaction: Communicate directly with customers to understand needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Team Collaboration: Work with the team to coordinate event logistics, manage onsite setups, and ensure a smooth customer journey.
• Creative Input: Contribute ideas to improve campaign delivery and optimize the customer experience.
• Customer Experience: Greet, engage, and assist customers professionally to create positive brand interactions.
• Feedback & Improvement: Share event insights and feedback to refine sales strategies.
