About the Role

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and proactive Aviation Heat Blanket Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, a natural mechanical aptitude, and a deep willingness to learn specialized aerospace repair processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Undergo specialized technical training to master strict aerospace repair procedures.
• Learn and perform precision spot welding, thermal blanket bonding, and composite repairs.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to work comfortably with hand tools, precision measuring equipment, and machinery.
• Troubleshooting Skills: Natural knack for troubleshooting and hands-on problem-solving.
• Work Ethic: Self-motivated, "go-getter" attitude with a proven track record of dependability, punctual attendance, and pride in high-quality craftsmanship.
• Adaptability & Eagerness to Learn: Ready and willing to undergo specialized technical training.

Qualifications

• Spot Welding Experience (A Plus): Prior experience with resistance spot welding is advantageous but not required.
• Training will be provided for all specialized repair processes.

This position will train on first shift and will be transferred to second shift upon completion of required training.
