Finance Operations and Accounts Executive

Role Overview

A hands-on finance professional is sought to manage day-to-day accounting, reconciliations, GST compliance, and financial reporting for retail stores and an e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage bookkeeping, vendor payments, invoices, expenses, and ledger maintenance.
• Reconcile Shopify sales, payment gateways, bank statements, POS transactions, and marketplace settlements.
• Handle GST reconciliations, input tax credit tracking, and coordinate with external CAs for statutory compliance.
• Manage store-wise sales reconciliation, inventory accounting, and stock discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly MIS, expense reports, and financial statements.
• Improve accounting workflows and automate repetitive manual processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance; CA Inter preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting, and financial reconciliation.
• Hands-on experience with Tally Prime and advanced Excel.
• Experience in D2C, retail, fashion, or e-commerce preferred.
• Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and ownership.
