About the Role
BL International, a fashion and apparel manufacturing and export company, is looking for a motivated Product Development Intern to support the team in developing apparel collections for international buyers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in product development, sampling, and garment development activities.
- Coordinate with design, merchandising, sourcing, and sampling teams.
- Support fabric, trims, and accessory sourcing.
- Assist in maintaining product development records, sample trackers, and reports.
- Assist with sample follow-ups and ensure timely development.
- Conduct basic fashion trend and market research.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and apparel trends.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced apparel export environment.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Fashion Design, Apparel Merchandising, Textile Design, or a related field.
Duration: 2–3 Months
Stipend: ₹5,000 per month
