Social Media Programmer and Creator, Social Casino

Key Responsibilities

• Program and post daily across Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube.
• Clip and post talent playing on Punt, identifying and distributing key moments rapidly.
• Shoot and edit original casino content, both online and on a real floor, using a mobile phone.
• Curate user-generated content, big wins, and viral casino clips.
• Build graphics on trending casino topics and live moments, ensuring they are fast, on-brand, and shareable.
• Invent new content formats.
• Transition brand content to new verticals while maintaining a consistent voice and presence.
• Develop creative content for promos and offers that feel integrated into the feed.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Real social casino fluency, including knowledge of games like baccarat and blackjack, and an understanding of what makes a clip post-worthy.
• Elite knowledge of online entertainment, particularly sports, including storylines, personalities, and the significance of moments.
• A strong feel for social media, social casinos, online entertainment, and meme culture.
• A portfolio, page, or account demonstrating your creative work (e.g., social casino or sports account, school media job, side project).
• Hands-on editing and design skills:
• Video: CapCut, Premiere, or After Effects.
• Graphics: Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.
• Proactive and self-directed; ability to create content without explicit instruction.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Comfortable working on brands involving i-casino and online entertainment such as sports betting.
• Based in the US or Canada with authorization to work in either country.

Details

• Compensation: $60,000 – $80,000 per year, plus benefits and potential bonus.
• Location: Remote, based in the US or Canada.
• Travel: Ability to travel to events.
