Key Responsibilities

• Warehouse Operations
• Perform a variety of warehouse tasks, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners, safely and efficiently, as certified.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of all warehouse transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Follow all established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations.
• Documentation and Systems
• Accurately and efficiently enter data into relevant systems, including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Assist with maintaining organized warehouse records.
• Compliance and Safety
• Adhere to all relevant safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) and security procedures.
• Promote a safe work environment and report any safety hazards.
• Ensure proper handling of materials and equipment.
• Communication
• Communicate effectively with other team members and supervisors.
• Report any operational issues or delays to the Supervisor.
• Provide clear and concise information to others.
• Learning and Development
• Actively participate in training sessions to develop knowledge of warehouse procedures, regulations, and systems.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with warehouse work, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Some experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus but not required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift certification).
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Basic computer skills.
