About the Role
C++ Developer Intern at Valency Networks Private Limited
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software components using C++.
- Write clean, readable, and efficient code.
- Work with the development team to understand requirements and implement solutions.
- Debug and troubleshoot code-related issues.
- Perform basic testing and fix bugs.
- Work with data structures and algorithms to solve programming problems.
- Participate in code reviews and team discussions.
- Learn and follow software development best practices.
- Maintain basic technical documentation when required.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic to good knowledge of C++ programming.
- Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Understanding of pointers, memory management, and debugging.
- Basic knowledge of STL (Standard Template Library).
- Good problem-solving and logical-thinking skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and development practices.
Good to Have
- Basic knowledge of Git/GitHub.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments.
- Knowledge of multithreading or socket programming.
- Basic understanding of databases or APIs.
- Academic or personal projects developed using C++.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt.
- Available for a full-time internship for 6 months.
