Position Overview

• Join an intensive 6–12-month training program focused on sales, leadership, and business administration.
• Receive mentorship, guidance, and support from experienced professionals.
• Gain valuable skills and experience to prepare for leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a comprehensive training curriculum developing skills in sales, leadership principles, team management, and business operations.
• Attend training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Shadow experienced professionals and participate in sales processes (4 weeks).
• Shadow and be involved in new hire recruitment and training processes (3-6 months).
• Shadow senior management on business operations.
• Assist with day-to-day tasks and projects in sales, operations, and business administration departments.
• Collaborate with team members on client campaigns and projects.
• Take on progressively challenging assignments and responsibilities.
• Demonstrate commitment to learning, growth, and personal development.
• Participate in regular performance evaluations and assessments.

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales, marketing, or a related industry.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in sales, leadership, or business administration.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for making a positive impact and driving results.
