Roof Damage Inspector

About the Role

Best Choice Roofing is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Roof Damage Inspectors. This is an opportunity to build a high-earning career in a fast-growing industry. No prior roofing or sales experience is required, as paid training and a proven system for success will be provided. In this role, you will help homeowners recover after storms by identifying roof damage and guiding them through the restoration process.

Note: This is not a roofing installation position.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform roof and exterior inspections following storm events
• Document damage and present findings to homeowners
• Generate leads through canvassing and referrals
• Assist homeowners in navigating insurance claims
• Obtain signed agreements for restoration services
• Attend weekly team meetings and ongoing training

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders
• Coachable and motivated to learn
