About the Role
Full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area (Noida sec 18 Area).
Key Responsibilities
- Help plan and execute social media strategies across platforms.
- Create and schedule posts.
- Optimize content for engagement.
- Monitor performance metrics.
- Support the content team in developing campaigns aligned with brand goals.
- Assist in managing online communities by responding to comments and messages.
- Coordinate with internal teams for promotional activities.
- Conduct competitor and trend research.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign outcomes.
Qualifications
- Skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
- Strong Communication and Public Relations skills.
- Skills in Content Strategy and basic content planning.
- Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and analytics tools is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to learning in a fast-paced environment.
- Current students or recent graduates in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
