About the Role

Shiksolve Education LLP is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for an Online Education Counsellor. This role focuses on empowering working professionals through tailored counseling and premium learning opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with working professionals via online channels to understand their career goals, challenges, and learning needs.
• Recommend appropriate courses, programs, and skill-building pathways.
• Conduct online counseling sessions.
• Respond to inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM or internal systems.
• Follow up with prospective learners to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on available programs.
• Contribute to outreach or informational webinars.
• Provide clear, unbiased guidance aligned with individual goals.
• Uphold a professional, empathetic approach.
• Ensure a high-quality counseling experience.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to build trust.
• Counseling and advisory skills, such as needs assessment, career guidance, empathetic engagement, and goal-oriented recommendation of learning pathways.
• Organizational and administrative skills, including accurate documentation, time management, follow-up tracking, and basic CRM or database proficiency.
• Digital and online interaction skills, such as comfort with video calls, chat and email platforms, and basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software).
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities to understand professional challenges, evaluate educational options, and present tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, education, business, or a related field are beneficial.
