About the Role
SmartQ is seeking a motivated and proactive Marketing Intern to play a crucial role in the growth of our business by supporting various marketing activities and initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Utilizing LinkedIn and other relevant platforms to research and identify potential customers.
- Gathering email addresses and other necessary contact information of prospective clients.
- Creating and maintaining a well-organized database of prospects for marketing outreach.
- Assisting in executing mass email marketing campaigns using tools like YAMM or similar platforms.
- Helping with crafting compelling email content and optimizing delivery for maximum impact.
- Collaborating with the video production team in pre-production activities.
- Sourcing appropriate props and materials needed for video shoots.
- Coordinating with actors and set arrangements to ensure a smooth production process.
- Assisting in implementing SEO best practices to enhance the company's online presence.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic SEO Knowledge: Possess a basic understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other platforms for research and prospecting.
- Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., YAMM).
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or a graduate degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Familiarity with and a keen interest in F&B industry trends and technology.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to maintain an accurate and up-to-date database.
- Excellent written communication skills for email marketing campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing concepts.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics during video production support.
- Proactive and self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and in a team.
