Position: Telecaller
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding loan products.
- Explain loan processes, eligibility, and related details to customers.
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain proper coordination.
- Achieve daily calling targets and assigned business goals.
