About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Logistics Associate to support warehouse and sampling operations, reporting to the Logistics & Warehouse Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day warehouse receipts, stock movements, and dispatches.
• Maintain inventory records and assist with physical stock checks.
• Arrange sample packing and dispatches, ensuring the right products and quantities reach the right recipients.
• Follow cold chain packing, storage, and handling instructions.
• Coordinate pickups with transporters and logistics partners.
• Track shipments, follow up on deliveries, and update the team.
• Maintain dispatch documents, delivery confirmations, and sample shipment records.
• Flag stock shortages, damaged goods, delays, and discrepancies promptly.
• Help the manager reduce avoidable sampling, packing, and dispatch costs.

Qualifications

• Someone organized, dependable, and comfortable with hands-on warehouse work.
• Basic working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Clear communication and strong follow-up skills.
• Prior warehouse, dispatch, logistics, or food handling experience preferred.
