About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who enjoys turning ideas, information, and briefs into strong visual communication. You’ll work across multiple brands and industries, creating everything from social media campaigns to event and marketing collateral.

What You'll Work On

• Social media creatives, carousels & stories
• Digital campaigns & advertisements
• Brand communication & visual systems
• Presentations & infographics
• Brochures, flyers & other print assets
• Event creatives, standees & LED screen designs
• YouTube thumbnails & digital assets
• Adapting designs across different platforms and formats

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator & Canva

Qualifications

• 0–1.5 years of experience, including relevant internships/freelance work
• Strong portfolio with a good understanding of layout, typography, colour and visual hierarchy
• Good understanding of all design principles
• Attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines
• Ability to understand a brief and translate it visually
• Open to feedback and willing to continuously improve
• Comfortable working on multiple projects and brands
• Curiosity, design fundamentals and a willingness to learn

Industries our work spans: healthcare, technology, education, corporate, real estate, hospitality, lifestyle and other sectors.

Healthcare/medical design experience is preferred, but not mandatory.

• Branding/campaign experience
• Print & event design knowledge
• Figma or basic motion/video skills
• Experience working across multiple brands
• A portfolio that shows original design thinking rather than only template-based work
