About the Role
We're looking for an organised, proactive individual who takes ownership of tasks and is eager to learn and grow. This is a full-time, on-site role in Kolkata.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Instagram & WhatsApp customer queries and comments.
- Process orders from confirmation to delivery.
- Manage sales queries from multi-designer stores and track orders.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day merchandising operations.
Qualifications
- Strong organisational skills and a sense of responsibility.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Must be based in Kolkata.
- Available to work 6 days a week.
