Job Location: Vimannagar | Kharadi | Magarpatta | Yerwada | Aundh | Hinjewadi, Pune Maharashtra

For Freshers

• Eligibility: Undergraduate / Graduate candidates
• Communication: Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
• Shift: Comfortable working in Night Shifts and Rotational Shifts (willingness to work in a 24/7 international process).
• Working Days: 5 Days Working + 2 Days Rotational Week Off.
• Salary:
• CTC: 3 LPA to 4.2 LPA
• In-hand: 18k to 27k per month
• Performance Incentives: 3k to 7k per month
• Unlimited Incentives (As per the company).

For Experienced Candidates

• Domain: Property & Casualty General Insurance.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in International Voice Process.
• Graduation: Mandatory.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills in English, Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Salary:
• CTC: 4.5 LPA to 6.75 LPA
• In-hand: 30K to 51K per month
• Performance Incentives: 3k to 7k per month
• Unlimited Incentives (As per the company).
• Package (Specific to 3 years experience): Upto 9 LPA, depends on last drawn package with 25% to 30% hike.
