About the Role

Vaye Design Lab is a brand design studio focused on creating emotionally resonant experiences. This is a full-time remote role for a Graphic Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visual concepts and assets for brand identities, including logos, typography systems, and supporting graphics for digital and print channels.
• Collaborate with brand strategists and interpret creative briefs.
• Develop design concepts and refine layouts based on feedback.
• Prepare final files for production.
• Maintain brand consistency across platforms.
• Contribute to design guidelines and style systems.
• Participate in internal reviews and present work to stakeholders.
• Stay current with design trends and tools relevant to brand experience design.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong skills in Graphic Design and graphics for brand, digital, and print applications.
• Ability to create distinctive Logo Design and Branding solutions.
• Proficiency in Typography, including type selection, hierarchy, and layout.
• Experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar).
• Experience with file preparation for web and print.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating brand identity projects, visual systems, and consistent design execution.
• Strong visual communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate abstract ideas into clear design directions.
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment, managing deadlines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
