As a Specialist - Data Validation, Transparency Operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of data used for transparency reporting worldwide. Working with cross-functional teams across countries, you will leverage your analytical skills, attention to detail, and compliance expertise to support critical disclosure activities, improve data quality, and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate transparency data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance across global reporting systems.
• Identify data gaps and partner with stakeholders to drive timely remediation activities.
• Perform independent quality reviews and maintain robust data validation controls.
• Support pre-disclosure and final disclosure reporting activities within defined timelines.
• Generate data insights and status updates to support informed compliance decisions.
• Coordinate with local, global, and technology teams to resolve data-related queries.
• Deliver training, maintain process documentation, and promote continuous data quality improvements.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Data Management, or a related field.
• Experience in data governance, data quality assurance, and complex data validation activities.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare transparency reporting and compliance requirements.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Experience working with enterprise resource planning and customer relationship management systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills within cross-functional environments.

This role is based in Hyderabad, India. Novartis is unable to offer relocation support.
