AI Product Manager Trainer

About the Role

The AI Product Manager Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Vinukonda. This role involves designing and delivering training programs that equip learners with skills in AI product management.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and delivering training programs covering product lifecycle planning, requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, and collaboration with engineering and data science teams.
• Creating structured curricula and preparing training materials.
• Conducting classroom and workshop sessions.
• Using real-world case studies and projects to explain AI product strategy, model deployment, and performance evaluation.
• Assessing learner progress, providing feedback and mentoring.
• Continuously updating content to reflect the latest trends in AI, machine learning, and product management practices.
• Coordinating with internal teams to align training outcomes with industry needs.
• Supporting placement or career guidance activities for program participants.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience working with engineering and data teams on product delivery.
• Hands-on experience with AI-related tools or platforms (e.g., Python-based ML frameworks, cloud AI services) is highly beneficial.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in AI and machine learning concepts, including model development, deployment, and evaluation.
• Experience in product management, covering product strategy, roadmap planning, requirements definition, and stakeholder management.
• Background in teaching, training, or mentoring, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and design structured learning paths.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Strong documentation and curriculum development abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
• Advanced certifications in AI or product management are an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Vinukonda.
• Ability to engage with learners from diverse educational and professional backgrounds.
