Project Management Consultant

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Project Management Consultant role based in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee furniture-related projects from planning through execution.
• Define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Track progress against milestones.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Analyze project performance data.
• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and client outcomes.
• Support client interactions and clarify requirements.
• Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality standards.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Analytical skills to assess project data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in program management practices, including project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.
• Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients.
• Experience in consulting and management consulting, with the ability to diagnose challenges and propose practical solutions.
• Competence with project management and productivity tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, collaboration platforms).
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to adapt to evolving priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, management, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
• Relevant experience in project management within manufacturing, furniture, interiors, or related industries is advantageous.
