This full-time, on-site SDR Inside Sales role is based in the Pune Division. The individual in this role will focus on generating qualified leads, conducting outreach to prospective clients, and supporting sales pipeline growth through email, phone, and online channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Researching target accounts.
- Engaging decision-makers.
- Qualifying opportunities.
- Scheduling meetings or demos for the sales team.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records.
- Collaborating with sales and marketing colleagues.
- Following structured outreach campaigns and messaging.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Skills in Inside Sales and Sales.
- Experience in managing outbound outreach and pipeline generation.
- Skills in Lead Generation and Business Development, including identifying prospects and nurturing opportunities.
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage prospects and clearly present value propositions.
- Ability to work with CRM and sales engagement tools.
- Ability to analyze basic metrics and adapt outreach strategies based on performance.
- Self-motivated approach.
- Resilience in handling rejection.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Comfort working in an on-site, collaborative team environment in the Pune Division.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in B2B technology sales or SaaS environments is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
