About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Bar Staff role located in Pune Division. The role involves greeting guests, taking orders, and preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to venue standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Maintaining bar cleanliness and organization.
• Restocking supplies.
• Handling cash and card transactions accurately.
• Following safety and hygiene procedures.
• Coordinating with servers and kitchen staff.
• Assisting with opening and closing duties.
• Helping ensure a smooth, efficient service throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage service, including basic drink preparation and menu familiarity.
• Accurate Cash Handling skills and comfort with POS systems and payment processing.
• Ability to participate in and support Training activities.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in bar, restaurant, or hospitality roles is preferred.

Additional Skills (Advantageous)

• Understanding of basic hygiene, safety, and responsible service of alcohol regulations.
