About the Role
Southern National Roofing is hiring full-time Entry Level Marketing Representatives for their local office. This is a face-to-face, field role in residential neighborhoods, focused on driving demand through direct community marketing. You will represent the brand, execute an outreach system, and set appointments for free roof inspections for the in-home sales team. This is not a desk job.
Key Responsibilities
- Work in assigned neighborhoods
- Speak face-to-face with homeowners
- Explain the free roof inspection service
- Schedule appointments for in-home estimates
- Work outdoors and on your feet
Compensation
- W-2 full-time position
- Hourly pay + commission + performance bonuses
- Guaranteed 40 hours per week
- Weekly pay on Fridays
- Average first-year earnings typically range from $650-$1,350 per week, depending on individual performance.
- Estimated first-year income range: $40,000 - $70,000+
Schedule
- On-site role
- Monday-Saturday availability between 9am-7pm
- No overnight travel
- Team transportation provided from the office
