Key Responsibilities
- Understand and follow Quality System documents relevant to responsibilities.
- Adhere to appropriate quality measures to meet or exceed standards set by NCIMS 2400 forms or other regulatory bodies, and company requirements.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations; maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Register incoming samples and maintain accurate records of work performed daily.
- Enter sample data into Eurofins eLIMS systems accurately and timely.
- Learn to operate dairy testing instruments efficiently and validate results.
- Identify process difficulties and report them with proposed solutions.
- Respond to queries and needs of clients, staff, and co-workers.
- Maintain cooperative working relationships with all company employees.
- Communicate orally and in writing to co-workers, including intra and inter-departmental employees.
- Promote the company image through ethical business practices.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Preferred: College Degree
