Role Description
This full-time, on-site Teaching Assistant role supports classroom teachers in delivering instruction, reinforcing lessons, and guiding students through individual and small-group activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare instructional materials.
- Assist with classroom management.
- Monitor student behavior.
- Support a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Provide academic support in core subjects.
- Help students stay on task.
- Collaborate with teachers to track student progress.
- Supervise students during transitions, lunch, and recess.
- Communicate with staff and families as needed.
- Participate in professional development and school events.
