About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Finance Analyst to support our finance team in various auditing and documentation tasks. This role is perfect for recent graduates or individuals with minimal experience looking to start their career in finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in audit support and documentation, focusing on transaction testing and bank reconciliation.
• Support cash and vault management activities, ensuring adherence to internal controls.
• Conduct KYC and identity verification processes to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
• Prepare and maintain financial documentation, including budgets and financial statements using MS Excel.
• Engage with clients to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and address any inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and documentation.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in Finance Management Information Systems (MIS) is essential.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including the ability to create budgets and financial statements.
• Basic understanding of internal controls and compliance regulations.
• Familiarity with KYC and identity verification processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Strong academic performance with a focus on finance-related coursework.
