About the Role

Infojini is looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in US IT Recruitment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to learn recruitment processes, understand the US IT staffing industry, and develop professional communication and talent acquisition skills. No prior recruitment experience is required. Candidates who are eager to learn, comfortable communicating in English, and willing to work in US business hours are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates for IT positions in the US market.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, and internal databases.
• Review resumes and assess candidates against job requirements.
• Contact potential candidates, explain job opportunities, and conduct preliminary screening calls.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients or hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity records.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Work closely with senior recruiters and team members to meet recruitment goals.
• Learn about US IT job roles, technologies, staffing processes, and industry terminology.

Qualifications

• Any graduate from a recognized university or institution is eligible to apply.
• Freshers with an interest in recruitment, human resources, talent acquisition, or sales are welcome.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Willingness to work in US shifts, including evening or night shifts in India, as required by the business.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
