About the Role
The Jr. Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers in planning and executing projects.
- Prepare technical drawings, documentation, and basic calculations.
- Conduct site visits and data collection.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
- Support quality checks and compliance with engineering standards.
- Monitor project progress and report on issues or risks.
- Help implement solutions under guidance from senior team members.
- Follow safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in processes and workflows.

Qualifications
- Solid foundation in core engineering principles relevant to the company’s domain (e.g., mechanical, civil, electrical, or related field).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Basic proficiency in common engineering and office tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients.
- Capability to work on-site, support field activities, and follow safety and compliance guidelines.
- Relevant academic background, such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering from a recognized institution.
- Willingness to learn, take feedback constructively, and grow into more advanced technical responsibilities.
