About the Role
The Gardener role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily landscape maintenance tasks.
- Plant, trim, weed, fertilize, and perform lawn care.
- Monitor plant health.
- Identify pests and diseases.
- Support irrigation system operations.
- Assist with basic garden design implementation.
- Assist with seasonal planting plans.
- Maintain pathways and outdoor fixtures.
- Coordinate with supervisors and team members for scheduled maintenance and development projects.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Landscape Maintenance and Landscaping, with the ability to care for lawns, plants, and outdoor areas.
- Practical experience in Gardening, including planting, pruning, weeding, and general garden upkeep.
- Knowledge of Irrigation systems, including basic installation, operation, and routine checks.
- Understanding of Garden Design principles to support layout, plant selection, and aesthetic improvements.
- Previous experience in landscaping or gardening.
- Vocational training or certification in horticulture is an advantage.
